Jason Allen Gaede, 26, of Waterloo, Iowa, died this past Monday night when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a roadside ditch.
According to local Iowa authorities, Gaede was riding his 2004 Harley-Davidson motorcycle at around 11:15 p.m. when he apparently lost control. This caused him to crash into a ditch, and he then continued to slide before coming to a stop. Gaede was transported to the Allen Hospital emergency room and was later pronounced dead.
The report issued by local police indicated that Gaede was not wearing a helmet at the time of the biker crash.
