A crash on McKenzie Street in Foley, Alabama claimed the life of a 35 year-old man. Foley Police said James Dees was driving south on his motorcycle near Berry Avenue when a Nissan Pathfinder driven by a 77 year-old woman turned into his path. The crash sent the Pathfinder onto the lawn of a nearby business and the motorcycle into the front of a box truck waiting at the red light on Berry Avenue. Mr. Dees was taken to the South Baldwin Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The drivers of the Pathfinder and box truck were not injured.
